HI

I am new to the blog but not to the competition.  Apparently I'm not much competition for the rest of you since all I've been able to do it maintain.  As far as the challenge I have ran a total of 7 miles since it started.  Hopefully the next time I post I'll be as cool as all of you and be able to post a percentatage of weight loss.  I am participating in this from Utah and Marg doesn't think I'll be very successful because of that.  Game on Marg that just motivates me even more.  Happy weight loss to you all.
